Parents are always concerned about the time their children spend on the internet and wonder how much time children really spend doing schoolwork online. Parents wonder how the internet can affect schoolwork and behavior. However, few of them know the real impact of internet use.

For this book, the author has surveyed 392 students from Canada and another country on their internet use and academic performance. These include students from grades 4-12, as well as 100 college students. This book reveals the relationship between internet use and attention span, temper, and academic performance.

This is a book every loving parent must have to help ensure their childrens’ success in school and healthy mental development. The author hopes it will make a difference on every student whose parents have read it. This is also a book teachers of different grades and education policy-makers would find extremely useful. For more details, please read the informative reviews on the back cover written by Professor Chun Peng, Research Chair of York University, and Leona Chen, PhD, Senior Economist.
